PROJECT NOTE
A portrait series created for Barboza in close collaboration with German rapper Marteria. Photographed by Max Mesch, the series brings together the visual identities of both through simple Rembrandt lighting and a raw concrete backdrop, creating Barboza’s distinctive, moody atmosphere. Rather than relying on bright colours or elaborate settings, the work keeps the focus on the person, the clothing and the character of each portrait.
